2008/2009 Online Registration & Tryout Cards

   Registration Cost: All Divisions:  $550

**If you register BEFORE June 15th, 2008:**

-   $100.00 will be deducted at the time of registration payment

(Cost will then be $450.00)

Tryout Card Cost:  $30 (must be registered to purchase a Tryout Card)

After June 15, 2008, the WGHA is unable to secure spots for players.  Divisions fill quickly.  Interested and/or returning players have been turned away in the past.

Payment Methods:  

Visa/MasterCard, Cheque or Money Order

Mail or Drop off your cheque/money order and copy of the email registration confirmation to the WGHA office mail box*

Non-Whitby Resident Players, presently playing girls hockey:
Include a player release from your present association, copy of player's birth certificate,payment, if paying by cheque/money order and completed online registration form in the WGHA office mail box*.

Non-Whitby Resident Players, NOT presently playing girls hockey:
Drop off a copy of player's birth certificate, payment if paying by cheque/or money order and completed online registration form in the WGHA office mail box*.
